Long before she was an acclaimed professional speaker, Nancy Reece was a little girl growing up on a farm in Indiana. Her life journey took her to the inner city of Chicago to serve in one of the worst housing projects in the US. It was there that Nancy learned key lessons about integrity, power and courage that she has applied during her career.
In addition to being an acclaimed speaker, Nancy Reece is a talented writer and has authored the book, The Dichotomy of Power® – Using Power with Intelligence and Integrity, and co-authored / edited the book Strengthening the Organizational Heart. She is the Integrity First columnist for the Nashville Business Journal and wrote for the My Perspective column for Perspective magazine for 10 years. Nancy also teaches Leadership Perspectives at Lipscomb University’s Graduate Business School equipping professionals to make an impact on their organizations.

Nancy is a master trainer and has trained hundreds of other trainers to make an impact on organizations. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Evansville and her M.S. degree from Indiana University, and has continued her lifelong learning at Harvard University and the Center for Creative Leadership.
